马铃薯MYC2同源基因的鉴定及低温响应表达分析
Identification and Cold-Responsive Expression Analysis of MYC2 Homologs in Potato
摘要
Abstract
MYC transcription factors play a crucial role in regulating plant growth,development,and stress responses.In this study,we focused on the cold-tolerant wild potato(Solanum commersonii,CM)and conducted a genome-wide identification and comparative analysis,identifying two MYC2 ho-mologous genes in both wild and cultivated potatoes.ScMYC2a and ScMYC2b possess conserved func-tional domains characteristic of MYC2 proteins and are predominantly localized in the nucleus.The promoter regions of ScMYC2a and ScMYC2b contain cold-responsive cis-elements and exhibit signifi-cant upregulation under cold conditions.This study not only systematically characterizes the MYC2 homologous genes in potato but also reveals potential differences in cold response mechanisms between wild and cultivated species.关键词
