Abstract

Aiming at the problems of insufficient heat transfer performance and complicated technological process of welded tube-fin high-temperature heat exchanger for gas water heat-er,the study on heat transfer enhancement of tube-fin integrated high-temperature heat ex-changer based on shovel tooth technology was carried out.Firstly,the existing tube-fin heat exchanger was tested experimentally.Based on the experiment,a numerical model was con-structed to explore its flow and heat transfer characteristics,and the contact thermal resist-ance between the base tube and the fin under the existing process was obtained.Then,based on the numerical simulation method,the key geometric parameters affecting the performance of the tube-fin integrated heat exchanger without contact thermal resistance were analyzed comprehensively,and the influence rules were obtained.Finally,the multi-objective optimiza-tion of the key geometric parameters of the heat exchanger without contact thermal resist-ance was carried out based on the response surface method,and the structural parameters of the heat exchanger with excellent comprehensive performance were given.The results showed that compared with the original tube-fin heat exchanger,the optimized tube-fin inte-grated heat exchanger without contact thermal resistance reduces the outlet temperature by 24.8%,the pressure drop by 49.5%,and the weight per unit flow area by 60.0%.
