摘要
Abstract
This paper focuses on the construction of an inspection and testing system for food standardization.By analyzing the uneven distribution of detection resources,insufficient regulatory coordination,and the need to improve the credibility of detection data,targeted countermeasures are proposed,using literature research and case analysis methods.The measures include:optimizing resource allocation,implementing plans to shift more resources to the grassroots level,and establishing regional detection alliances;strengthening collaborative supervision,and building information platforms and joint law enforcement mechanisms;standardizing the testing market,increasing supervision of private institutions,and unifying reporting standards,which aims to improve the system and ensure food safety.关键词
