摘要

Abstract

Bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum is the most devastating bacterial disease af-fecting potato(Solanum tuberosum L.).This study unraveled the multi-layered synergistic defense mechanisms of resistant germplasm C804 against R.solanacearum strain P2 through physiological,bio-chemical,and spatiotemporal transcriptomic analyses.Results demonstrated that C804 achieves high-efficiency resistance via an enzyme-metabolism-gene three-in-one network.At the physiological level,its SOD and POD cascade precisely scavenges ROS,while proline metabolic reprogramming maintains oxidative homeostasis.Susceptible genotype A056 exhibits delayed enzymatic activity and aggravated membrane lipid peroxidation,leading to defense dysregulation.At the molecular level,C804 establishes spatiotemporal defense through the ScPR1-ScMLP1 dual-gene module:ScPR1 shows explosive upreg-ulation in roots(6.2-fold)and stems(8.5-fold),activating systemic acquired resistance,while ScM-LP1 specifically overexpresses at mid-infection stage(78.9-fold in roots,239.3-fold in stems)to rein-force physical barriers.
