摘要

Abstract

To reduce safety hazards during pipeline operation,a pipeline comprehensive monitoring sys-tem was designed with STM 32 microcontroller as the main control unit.The system integrates multi-ple sensors and LoRa communication modules,and is equipped with waterproof cameras.Data collec-tion,threshold alarm,and remote transmission are achieved through the main control unit.The system can not only accurately monitor corrosion,leakage,flow,and environmental parameters,but also cap-ture real-time images of the internal environment of the pipeline through the internally deployed wa-terproof camera,enhancing the intuitiveness and accuracy of monitoring.The experiment shows that the system performs well in simulating real environments.
