摘要

Abstract

The grinding medium plays a crucial role in effective grinding,its performance significantly affects grinding efficiency and cost.The basic concepts and main factors affecting wear were studied in detail,and the characteristics of wear mechanisms were classified.The wear rate,grinding efficiency,and energy consumption of grinding media were systematically assessed through a combination of experimental and theoretical methods.According to the evaluation results,an improved strategy was proposed,involving optimization of materials,structure,shape design,operation parameters,and grinding media.The research results show that the optimization of the design and application of ore-grinding media can significantly improve both the economic efficiency and environmental friendliness of the ore-grinding process.
