某斑岩型铜矿铜及伴生金银回收选矿试验研究
Experimental Study on the Recovery and Beneficiation of A Porphyry-type Deposit and Associated Gold-Silver
摘要
Abstract
In a porphyry copper deposit,the copper content is 0.67%,accompanied by Au 0.12 g/t and Ag 1.4 g/t.The final beneficiation process was confirmed after analytical investigation of dominant mineral characteristics and systematic condition testing,the process flow is"bulk flotation of copper and sulfur-regrinding and re-separation of copper-sulfur concentrate".We obtained a copper concentrate with a copper content of 24.95%and a copper recovery of 90.42%,with a silver content of 35.9%and a silver recovery of 62.89%,with a gold content of 2.36 g/t and a gold recovery of 48.99%;we also obtained a sulfur concentrate with silver content of 2.85 g/t and silver recovery of 12.62%,with gold content of 0.39 g/t and gold recovery of 20.47%,so the comprehensive utilization of valuable elements in the ore was increased.关键词
