Abstract
A high-sulfur lead-zinc ore adopts the beneficiation process of"bulk lead-sulfur flotation followed by lead-sulfur separation and zinc flotation"to recover lead,zinc,and sulfur.Sodium hydroxide(NaOH)is used for pulp conditioning,and lead-sulfur separation is conducted in a high-alkali pulp environment.The experimental study optimized the original beneficiation process into a new"sequential preferential flotation of lead-zinc-sulfur"process.By adopting a lime-free(NaOH-free)low-alkali reagent scheme,the study recommends the use of novel lead collector Pa and zinc collector A2,which exhibit strong selectivity but weak pyrite collecting ability.This approach can reduce reagent costs,simplify both the process flow and reagent regime,improve zinc recovery.关键词
