Abstract
Polymetallic complex copper sulfide ore with a copper grade of 0.48%,a sulfur grade of 13.49%,and a Fe grade of 43.22%,the separation of copper and sulfur is difficult,magnetite is present in significant quantities,so a joint process flow was proposed:"Bulk flotation of copper-sulfur-Sulfur flotation from tailings-Magnetic separation-Regrinding & sulfur-removal flotation of iron concentrate",then we can obtain a copper grade of 20.53%,a copper concentrate with the copper recovery rate of 90.22%;a sulfur grade of 33.25%,a sulfur concentrate with the sulfur recovery rate of 92.84%;a iron grade of 66.10%,a sulfur grade of 0.31%,a iron concentrate with the iron recovery rate of 34.05%.Thus,the comprehensive recovery of multiple resources-such as copper,sulfur,and iron-can be achieved.关键词
