摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically introduces the development history,current status,and challenges of speech disorder rehabilitation therapy in China.China's speech rehabilitation has gone through three stages:germination,system construction,and technological innovation,with the disciplinary system gradually improving.The current situation is severe:the patient base is huge,professional talents are severely scarce,and the grass-roots coverage rate is low.Industry challenges are prominent,including the lack of national professional certification standards for speech therapists,insufficient multidisciplinary collaboration,low application rate of artificial intelligence(AI)technology at the grass-roots level,and inadequate equipment investment.In response to the above challenges,core countermeasures are proposed:intensify talent training and improve the education system;promote technological innovation and scientific research,expand AI applications,and strengthen international cooperation;facilitate interdisciplinary integration,enhance medical-educational-social collaboration in speech rehabilitation,improve systems,and establish access standards and medical insurance policies.Guided by policies,technology,and collaboration,a complete ecological chain of prevention-treatment-rehabilitation-social integration will be constructed,the international influence of Chinese speech and language disorder research will be enhanced,and the standardized and professional development of China's speech rehabilitation industry will be promoted.关键词
