Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of audio-visual intelligent rehabilitation technology combined with therapeutic games on speech function in children with delayed language development(DLD).Methods From February 2022 to January 2023,86 LDD children were equally randomized to observation group(audio-visual intelligent rehabilitation technology combined with therapeutic games)and control groups(routine training)for 3 months.Pre-and post-intervention,utilized Gesell Developmental Schedules(GDS),Diagnostic Receptive and Expressive Assessment of Mandarin-Comprehensive(DREAM-C),and Oral Movement Scale to assess developmental quotient(DQ),language development and oral motor function in the groups.Results For Post-intervention,the observation group significantly showed higher Gesell scores(language,adaptive,social behaviors)versus the controls(P<0.05).Their DREAM-C scores(overall language,comprehension,expression,semantics,syntax)and oral functions(lip,jaw,tongue)were also higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The Audio-visual intelligent rehabilitation technology combined with therapeutic games enhances intellectual development in DLD children,effectively improving speech and oral motor functions.关键词
