摘要

Abstract

The recycling of expired medications requires the orderly guidance of government policies and the active participa-tion of residents.However,the current level of resident involvement is relatively low.Within a tripartite game system composed of the government,residents,and pharmaceutical retailers,the evolutionary game method was employed to analyze the impact of gov-ernment regulations and residents' willingness to participate on the recycling of expired medications.The results showed that resi-dent participation was a necessary condition for the game system to reach a stable state.The extent of government subsidies and penalties influences the strategic choices of pharmaceutical retailers.The greater the subsidies and penalties,the more inclined re-tailers are to choose to recycle expired medications.High-intensity policy regulation can inhibit the recycling behavior of pharma-ceutical retailers.Finally,recommendations were put forward to enhance the efficiency of expired medication recycling,including refining the precision and coordination of government regulations,optimizing the incentive and constraint mechanisms for pharma-ceutical retailers,and establishing a long-term mechanism for diversified resident participation.
