如何高质量培养医科紧缺人才:
Analysis on the Cultivation of High-Quality Urgently-Needed Medical Professionals by Survey of 381 Medical Ex-perts Based on the IPOE Theoretical Framework

Abstract
Objective To clarify the problems and types of urgently-needed medical talent training,and provide talent sup-port for promoting the overall level of China's health services and achieving the strategic goal of"Healthy China"as soon as possi-ble.Methods IPOE theoretical framework model was constructed for evaluating the quality of medical talent cultivation.Based on a survey of 381 medical experts,it was analyzed from four aspects of input,process,output,and effect.Results The disconnec-tion between medical education and medical practice is the prominent problem in current medical talent cultivation,which mani-fests in aspects of inadequate construction of medical practice platforms,insufficient development of medical faculty,unreasonable training models for medical students,unscientific evaluation orientations for medical talent cultivation,unsatisfactory training qual-ity of medical students,and the lack of significant social impact of medical graduates.Conclusion In the context of"New Medical Science"initiative,Chinese universities urgently need to formulate talent development plans,strengthen collaborative innovation between education and medicine,reshape the faculties,restructure the training models,reform the evaluation system,and accel-erate the high-quality training of urgently-needed medical professionals.关键词
