上颌扩弓前方牵引对替牙期安氏Ⅲ类错(牙合)畸形患者上气道及侧貌美观程度的影响
Effect of Maxillary Expansion and Anterior Traction on upper Airway and Aesthetic Appearance of Angle Class Ⅲ Malocclusion Patients in Mixed Dentition

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of anterior maxillary expansion traction on the upper airway and lateral aesthetics of patients with malocclusion during mixed dentition.Methods A total of 64 patients with malocclusion during the mixed dentition period who received anterior maxillary expansion traction correction treatment in the Department of Stomatology of the hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected.Both before and after corrective treatment(BF)and after treatment(AF),cone beam CT(CBCT)was performed with parallel 3D reconstruction,digital processing,fixed-point analysis.30 orthodontists and 30 ordinary people(as aesthetic evaluators)were selected to score the patients'black and white profile to evaluate their lateral aesthetics.Compare soft and hard tissue related measurement indicators,upper airway measurement indicators,and lateral aesthetics between BF and AF patients.Results Compared with BF,patients with AF showed a significant increase in SNA,ANB,Y-axis angle,SN-MP,NA-Apo,Wits values,H angle,NLA,UL-EP,V,V-nose,V-palate,S,L-sagittal,L-sagittal/L-coronal and aesthetic evaluators on their black and white profile scores(P＜0.05),while patients with AF showed a significant decrease in SNB and LL-EP(P＜0.05).Conclusion Anterior traction orthodontic treatment with maxillary expansion can effectively improve the facial shape and upper airway morphology of patients with malocclusion during the mixed dentition period,and enhance their lateral aesthetics.关键词
