Research and Application of A Diversified Evaluation System for Scientific and Technological Achievements in Medi-cal Colleges

Abstract
Objective To construct a multi-dimensional evaluation system for medical scientific and technological achievements,and provide a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the value and influence of scientific and technological achievements in medi-cal colleges and universities.Methods By using the methods of literature review and expert consultation,the current situation and trends of scientific and technological achievement evaluation at home and abroad were analyzed.Based on the multiple value attributes of scien-tific and technological achievements in medical colleges and universities,the evaluation standards and focuses of different dimensions were clarified,and a multi-dimensional evaluation theoretical model for scientific and technological achievements in medical colleges and universities was constructed.Results A multi-dimensional evaluation index system for medical scientific and technological achieve-ments covering scientific value,technical value,economic value,social value and cultural value was formed.An empirical analysis con-ducted on the scientific and technological achievements produced by 18 projects of a certain medical college showed that the average score of the achievements was 52.13,and there were 3 projects with a total score of over 80,6 projects with a score between 50 and 80,and 9 projects with a score below 50.The results of the empirical analysis were basically consistent with the results of the project conclu-sion review.Conclusion The proposed multi-dimensional evaluation system for medical scientific and technological achievements can better identify medical scientific and technological achievements with multiple value attributes.A comprehensive method combining qual-itative and quantitative analysis should be adopted to deeply analyze the multiple value attributes of scientific and technological achieve-ments,and refine and clarify the multi-dimensional evaluation standards and focuses of scientific and technological achievements,which can provide an effective tool for academic evaluation and management in medical colleges.关键词
