Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of ADOPT-based problem-solving model on patients with traumatic fractures of oral and maxillofacial region.Methods The case data of 94 patients with traumatic fractures of oral and maxillofacial region in the author's Hospital were selected from June 2021 to June 2023.48 patients who were treated with ADOPT-based problem-solving model intervention were included in observation group,and 46 patients receiving routine nursing intervention were regarded as control group.The recovery of oral function after intervention,psychological resilience[Chinese version of connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)]and quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]before and after intervention and occurrence of postoperative complications were observed in the two groups of patients.Results After the intervention,the total excellent and good rate of oral function recovery in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 78.26%in the control group(P＜0.05).The CD-RISC and WHOQOL-BREF scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P＜0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of ADOPT-based problem-solving model can effectively enhance the total excellent and good rate of oral function recovery,increase the level of psychological resilience,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence rates of postoperative complications in patients with traumatic fractures of oral and maxillofacial region.关键词
