老年人急性创面的防治现状及思考
Prevention and Treatment of Acute Wounds in the Elderly

Abstract
Acute wounds are common in the elderly and often exhibit impaired healing,imposing a substantial burden on individuals and society.Therefore,their prevention and management are of critical importance.This review summarizes the strategies for preventing and treating acute wounds in elderly patients.Regarding treatment approaches,targeted interventions are employed for different types of wounds,including traumatic injuries,burns,and acute necrotizing soft tissue infections.Specific measures include tension-reducing sutures for traumatic wounds,early tangential excision and skin grafting for burns,and surgical debridement for necrotizing soft tissue infections.The importance of prevention is also emphasized.Comprehensive strategies—such as health education,management of underlying diseases,and fall and scald prevention—are recommended to reduce the risk of wound occurrence.This review highlights the necessity of personalized treatment based on the physiological characteristics of aged skin and impaired wound healing in elderly patients.A combination of systemic and local therapies should be implemented to shorten hospital stays,reduce complications,alleviate suffering,and lessen economic and familial burdens.The findings provide scientific references and practical guidance for the prevention and treatment of acute wounds in elderly patients.关键词
