精神分裂症照护者健康测量工具的研究进展
Research Progress of Health Measurement Tools for Caregivers of Schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
As a severe mental disorder disease,schizophrenia brings significant disease burden to patients.Due to the recurrent features,caregivers of schizophrenia suffer from considerable care burden which influences their quality of life.Investigating the health status of schizophrenia patients'caregivers poses significant importance for disease management.This study focuses on the health measurement tools of schizophrenia caregivers.The contents and features of measurement tools classified into caregiver specific and general ones were summarized.Dimensions and items,scoring systems,ways of answering,validity were compared,based on which recommendation for tools choice were provided.Findings from this study could provide information and suggestions for researchers to decide the suitable measurement tools.Also,useful information could be given as for future research of mental diseases caregivers.关键词
