血脂异常对原发性良性阵发性位置性眩晕的影响
Impact of Dyslipidemia on Primary Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Abstract
Objective To compare the differences in lipid levels between patients with primary benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)and healthy controls,and to explore the factors influencing its pathogenesis to provide more reference basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods Sixty-four patients with primary benign paroxysmal positional vertigo diagnosed in the Department of Otolaryngology,First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University from September 2023 to July 2024 were selected for the study,and 76 healthy subjects in the Department of Physical Examination,First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University during the same period were selected as the control group for the study.The effects of patients'height,weight,body mass index,diabetes,hypertension,and blood lipids on the incidence of the disease were analyzed.Results There was a statistical difference between the two groups in the presence of hypertension and history of diabetes mellitus(P<0.05),and there was a difference between the two groups in serum HDL cholesterol(Z=-4.161,P<0.001).Regression analysis showed that HDL cholesterol was a protective factor for the development of primary benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,and both hypertension and diabetes mellitus were risk factors for the development of primary benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,and there was no multiplicative interaction among the three factors.Conclusion HDL cholesterol has a significant effect on the development of BPPV and is a protective factor.Adequate regulation of blood lipids and control of hypertension and diabetes can prevent the occurrence of BPPV to a certain extent,which has a positive impact on the clinical diagnosis,treatment and improvement of the prognosis of this disease.关键词
