Abstract
Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth(SIBO)is caused by an abnormally elevated number of bacteria and/or changes in the flora in the small intestine.It mainly presents with non-specific symptoms such as abdominal pain,bloating,constipation,and diarrhea.The etiology is complex and related to many diseases.It is common in clinical practice but has not been fully recognized.This article aims to review the epidemiological features,pathogenesis,diagnostic approaches,and treatment strategies of pediatric SIBO,with the goal of providing reference for clinical practice.关键词
