摘要

Abstract

Novel drug development,stem cell therapy,and gene therapy based on molecular pathogenesis have provided innovative pathways of treatment for sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL).Construction of in vitro inner ear models serves as a valuable tool for investigating the pathological mechanism and biological therapies of deafness.In vitro inner ear models are used to realize directional differentiation of stem cells toward inner ear cells or organs by regulating signaling pathways at different stages,and to study pathogenesis and treatment of deafness.Thus,we review the development and utilization of in vitro inner ear models in this paper.
