The Effects of Modified Dachaihu Decoction,Acupoint Application Combined with Somatostatin on Gastrointestinal Function and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Dachaihu Decoction,acupoint application combined with Somatostatin in patients with acute pancreatitis and the its influence on gastrointestinal function and inflammatory factors.Method:A total of 70 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects,and were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group by random number table method.Both groups were treated with conventional methods,the control group was treated with Somatostatin,the observation group was treated with modified Dachaihu Decoction and acupoint application on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 12 days,and the syndrome scores,gastrointestinal function,inflammatory factors,pancreatic function indexes and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:After 12 days of intervention,the scores of abdominal full and hard pain rejection,chest duct congestion,afternoon heat,dry stool,vomiting and halitosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first defecation,relief of abdominal distension and relief of abdominal pain in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 12 days of intervention,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After 12 days of intervention,the levels of glucagon(GLU),amylase(AMY),trypsinogen-2(TPS-2)and serum lipase(LIP)in observation group were lower than those in control group,the level of ceruloplasmin(CP)was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of intestinal spasm,mucosal injury,elevated abdominal pressure,nausea and vomiting and acute nephritis between the two groups during the intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dachaihu Decoction combined with acupoint application and Somatostatin in patients with acute pancreatitis can reduce the syndrome score,improve the gastrointestinal function of patients,help reduce pancreatic factors and regulate the pancreatic function of patients,and it is safe.关键词
