沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合rhBNP治疗老年HFrEF急性发作期患者的效果
Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Combined with rhBNP in Treating Elderly Patients with Acute Attack of HFrEF

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide(rhBNP)in the treatment of elderly patients with acute attack of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).Method:Totally 120 elderly patients with acute attack of HFrEF in Shangrao People's Hospital were selected from June 2020 to June 2023,and were divided into control group(n=60,treated with rhBNP)and observation group(n=60,treated with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with rhBNP)by the random number table method.After 3 months of treatment,the efficacy,ultrasonic cardiac function parameters,biochemical indicators,exercise ability and adverse reactions were compared between two groups of patients.Result:(1)After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in observation group was higher,while the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)were smaller compared to control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and high-sensitivity troponin T(hs-TnT)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the six-minute walk test(6MWT)distance was longer than that in control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).(4)There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with acute attack of HFrEF,Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium combined with rhBNP is helpful to enhance the efficacy,improve the cardiac function and blood biochemical indicators,and enhance the exercise tolerance,and it has high safety.关键词
