Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of stereotactic intracranial hematoma puncture in patients with intracranial hematoma and its influence on neurological function,inflammatory indicators and complications.Method:The research method was a retrospective analysis.The research subjects were 84 patients with intracranial hematoma admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from January to December 2024.According to different surgical plans,the patients were divided into two groups.The study group was treated with stereotactic intracranial hematoma puncture,and the control group was treated with conventional localization intracerebral hematoma puncture.The hematoma clearance effect,neurological function,inflammatory indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:One week after the surgery,the hematoma volume in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,the hematoma clearance time was shorter than that in the control group,and the first hematoma clearance volume was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after the surgery,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week after the surgery,the levels of TNF-α,IL-18 and hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stereotactic intracranial hematoma puncture can effectively improve the clearance effect of intracranial hematoma,promote the recovery of neurological function in patients,reduce inflammatory response,and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
