Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of Zhenwu Decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome.Method:A total of 104 COPD patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome were admitted to Xiamen Hospital of T.C.M from December 2022 to December 2024.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the observation group was additionally treated with Zhenwu Decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.15％(50/52),which was higher than the control group's 84.62％(44/52),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the cough wheezing inability to lie down,sparse sputum,chest and diaphragm tightness,dark purple on the face and lips,palpitations,chills,and reduced urine output scores of the observation group were(1.58±0.16),(1.44±0.17),(1.36±0.16),(0.71±0.10),(0.64±0.08),(0.63±0.05),(0.81±0.09)points,respectively,PaCO2 was(41.42±3.21)mmHg,and the IL-6,CRP,procalcitonin,and TNF-α were(6.49±1.02)pg/mL,(8.33±1.29)mg/L,(0.12±0.01)μg/L,and(4.59±0.63)μg/L,which were all lower than the control group's(2.63±0.24),(2.36±0.20),(2.48±0.27),(1.24±0.18),(1.35±0.12),(1.19±0.12),(1.42±0.18)points,and(45.35±4.69)mmHg,(8.35±1.25)pg/mL,(10.61±1.68)mg/L,(0.18±0.03)μg/L,and(6.35±1.05)μg/L,respectively;the PaO2 was(80.69±8.44)mmHg,higher than the control group's(71.59±7.35)mmHg;the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)distance was(435.98±48.64)m,longer than the control group's(369.82±40.59)m;there were statistically significant differences in the above indicators(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction and Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction combined with western medicine can regulate blood gas indicators,reduce inflammation,improve exercise endurance,and is safe and feasible for COPD patients with Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome.关键词
