逍遥篓贝散加减治疗乳腺增生的效果及对患者负性情绪、性激素水平的影响
Effect of Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder in the Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland and Its Influence on Patients'Negative Emotion and Sex Hormone Levels

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder on patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland and its influence on patients'negative emotion and sex hormone levels.Method:The research subjects were 120 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland admitted to Gao'an People's Hospital from January to July 2024.They were divided into a control group and a study group by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaojin Capsules,and the study group was treated with Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder.The clinical efficacy,VAS scores,negative emotion scores,quality of life scores and sex hormone levels[estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),prolactin(PRL)]before and after treatment,and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of the SDS and the SAS in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,P in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and E2 and PRL were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of each dimension of the SF-36 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The Modified Xiaoyao Loubei Powder in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland can relieve pain symptom of patients,improve negative emotion,regulate sex hormone levels,improve the quality of life.关键词
