Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of Tianji orthopedic robot-assisted cannulated screw internal fixation on hip function,serum inflammatory markers and complications in patients with femoral neck fractures.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients with femoral neck fractures who admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Beijing Jiangong Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024,the patients were divided into two groups based on the surgical method,40 patients in the control group underwent conventional cannulated screw internal fixation,while 40 patients in the experimental group were given Tianji orthopedic robot-assisted cannulated screw internal fixation.The operation related indexes,clinical efficacy,fracture reduction,hip joint function,inflammatory factors and complications were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay between two groups(P>0.05);the operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy and the number of guide needle placement were less than those of the control group,but the hospitalization cost was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of screw placement in the experimental group was 100%,which was significantly better than 90.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of fracture reduction in the experimental group was 87.50%,which was significantly better than 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip function in the experimental group at 6 months after surgery was 92.50%,which was significantly better than 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the serum CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 contents between two groups before surgery(P>0.05);at 24 h after surgery,the serum CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 contents in both groups were significantly higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05);at 3 d after surgery,the serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-6 contents in both groups were significantly lower than those at 24 h after surgery(P<0.05),and serum CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 contents in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in the incidence of complications at the 6-month follow-up between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tianji orthopedic robot-assisted cannulated screw internal fixation helps reduce the number of intraoperative fluoroscopy and the number of guide needle placement,promotes joint function recovery,reduces inflammation levels,and is less prone to complications.关键词
