间苯三酚联合低频电刺激对产后尿潴留初产妇排尿情况的影响
Effect of Phloroglucinol Combined with Low-frequency Electrical Stimulation on Urination in Primipara of Postpartum Urinary Retention

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Phloroglucinol combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation on the urination of primiparas with postpartum urinary retention(PUR).Method:A total of 80 primiparas with urinary retention after delivery at Dongkeng Hospital of Dongguan from June 2022 to May 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the digital random table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous injection of Phloroglucinol,while the observation group was treated with low-frequency electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects and voiding functions before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.The time of the first spontaneous voiding,voiding volume,residual urine volume in the bladder,urodynamic indicators,occurrence of complications and patient satisfaction of the two groups after treatment were observed and recorded.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group had earlier first spontaneous urination,less residual urine volume in the bladder and more urine volume(P<0.05).After the treatment,the bladder pressure,urethral distribution pressure and maximum urinary flow rate during urine storage in both groups were higher than those in the control group,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the total effective rate and the total satisfaction with treatment in the observation group were both higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Phloroglucinol combined with low-frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of PUR in primiparas is remarkable.It can significantly improve the urination function of parturients,increase their satisfaction,and has good safety.关键词
