Abstract
As an essential component of smart water conservancy,digital twin irrigation districts serve as a key means to promote the conservation and intensive utilization of water resources,enhance irrigation district management capabilities,and increase grain production capacity.They also represent an important pathway for advancing the modernization of irrigation districts.This study reviews the development process and construction achievements of digital twin irrigation districts,and analyzes their technical characteristics that distinguish them from traditional informatization efforts.Based on the progress of pilot implementations,current challenges are identified,including the lack of overall planning,incomplete data-sharing mechanisms,insufficient technical adaptability,inadequate funding for construction,management,operation,and maintenance,and limited technical capacity.In response,targeted recommendations are proposed:establishing a standard system,improving data-sharing channels,focusing on the research and development of key technologies,innovating investment and financing mechanisms,and cultivating professional talent.These suggestions aim to provide practical guidance for the construction and high-quality development of digital twin irrigation districts.关键词
