骨质疏松对经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果的影响
Influence of osteoporosis on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of osteoporosis on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)by percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy(PELD).Methods Eighty patients with LDH from January 2020 to January 2023 received PELD in Ningbo Medical Center Lihuili Hospital were selected.Based on lumbar vertebra bone mineral density(BMD)test,39 patients had osteoporosis(OP group)and 41 did not have(non-osteoporosis group).Pain Visual Analog Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and efficacy(assessed by modified MacNab criteria)were recorded before surgery and 3,6,and 12 months after surgery.Results VAS and ODI scores at 3,6,12 months after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery(all P＜0.05).However,VAS and ODI scores in OP group were higher than those in non-osteoporosis group at 6,and 12 months after operation(all P＜0.05).The efficacy of patients in the OP group at 3,6 and 12 months after surgery was lower than that of non-osteoporosis group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion PELD is a reliable option for the treatment of LDH,while osteoporosis may affect the treatment effect.关键词
