Abstract

[Objective]To analyze the selenium content in various organs of C.oleifera seedlings,as well as the total selenium content and its occurrence forms in soil,to explore the correlation between the selenium enrichment ability of C.oleifera seedlings and soil selenium forms,and to provide theoretical reference and data support for selenium-rich cultivation of C.oleifera.[Method]The grafted seedlings of C.oleifera'Ganwu 2'were used as test materials,through three levels of phosphorus,P1(30 mmol/L),P2(60 mmol/L),P3(90 mmol/L),four levels of selenium,Se0(0.00 mmol/L),Se1(0.04 mmol/L),Se2(0.08 mmol/L),Se3(0.12 mmol/L),a total of 12 treatments,each treatment had 4 replicates,4 plants in the control group(CK),a total of 52 test plants.The fertilization time was early April(April 6th),early May(May 6th),and the sampling time was July(July 5th).The contents of selenium in roots,stems and leaves of C.oleifera seedlings were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The contents of total selenium,water-soluble selenium,exchangeable selenium,oxidizable selenium,reducible selenium and residual selenium in soil were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[Result]1)Selenium content and enrichment coefficient of various organs of C.oleifera:the root of C.oleifera seedlings reached the highest value of 36.07 mg/kg under P3Se3 treatment,and the stems and leaves of C.oleifera seedlings reached the peak value of 7.05 and 5.78 mg/kg under P2Se3 treatment,respectively;on the whole,the selenium content of each organ of C.oleifera seedlings was ranked as follows:root>stem>leaf.Under the concentration of P3Se0,the enrichment ability of selenium in roots was stronger.Under the treatment of P1Se0,the enrichment ability of selenium in stems was better.Under the treatment of P2Se0,the enrichment ability of selenium in leaves was better;2)Total selenium and selenium speciation content in root soil:Water-soluble selenium and weakly acid-extractable selenium reached their peak under P3Se3 treatment.Both forms of selenium content gradually increased with the increase and accumulation of Se concentration,while maintaining a constant P concentration;3)The correlation between total selenium in plants and soil,and soil selenium formed:The root of C.oleifera seedlings was significantly positively correlated with exchangeable selenium(P<0.01);The stem of C.oleifera seedlings was significantly positively correlated with exchangeable selenium(P<0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between leaf and water-soluble selenium(P<0.05),and a very significant positive correlation with exchangeable selenium(P<0.01).The total selenium in soil was significantly positively correlated with water-soluble selenium(P<0.05)and highly significantly positively correlated with four forms of selenium,including exchangeable selenium(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Under the treatment of P2Se3(P concentration:60 mmol/L,Se concentration:0.12 mmol/L),the absorption effect of selenium content in various organs of C.oleifera seedlings was good,indicating a strong selenium enrichment ability.This suggests that in the combined application of phosphorus and selenium fertilizers,phosphorus fertilizer can effectively promote selenium absorption and increase the selenium content of plants.The root of C.oleifera seedlings was significantly positively correlated with exchangeable selenium(P<0.01).The stem and leaf parts of C.oleifera seedlings were also significantly positively correlated with exchangeable selenium(P<0.01).Overall,there is a significant positive correlation(P<0.05)between the selenium content in the roots,stems,and leaves of C.oleifera seedlings and the available selenium in the soil.
