针刺通过NF-κB信号通路调控小胶质细胞活化治疗神经退行性疾病的研究进展
Research Progress on Acupuncture in Regulating Microglial Activation via the NF-κB Signaling Pathway for the Treatment of Neurodegenerative Diseases

Abstract
Neurodegenerative diseases are a group of disorders that affect the brain and spinal cord,primarily caused by the loss of neurons and their myelin sheaths.The NF-κB signaling pathway is closely related to neurodegenerative diseases.Abnormal activation of NF-κB exacerbates the pathological process of these diseases.Acupuncture therapy may regulate anti-inflammatory factors and anti-apoptotic proteins,reduce the expression of NF-κB proteins,alleviate excessive microglial activation,suppress neuroinflammation,decrease neuronal apoptosis,and protect neurological function,thereby alleviating the symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases.Based on the NF-κB signaling pathway and microglial cells as the entry point,this review analyzes existing literature and clinical studies to explore acupuncture's potential role in enhancing cognitive function remodeling and restoring motor abilities in patients.Furthermore,the mechanisms of acupuncture in neurodegenerative diseases are discussed,highlighting current research issues and limitations,and offering new targets and ideas for rehabilitation therapy in neurodegenerative diseases.关键词
