Advances in genome structure and gene functions of Lumpy Skin Disease Virus
摘要
Abstract
Lumpy Skin Disease(LSD)is a zoonotic disease caused by Lumpy Skin disease Virus(LSDV).As a member of Capripoxvirus(CaPV)of Poxviridae,LSDV has very high nucleotide sequence similarity with sheep poxvirus and goat poxvirus of the same genus,has a capsule membrane,and a large genome containing 156 putative genes.This article reviews the progress of gene structure and function of LSDV.关键词
