一例犬髂骨骨折的诊断与治疗
Diagnosis and treatment of a canine iliac bone fracture
摘要
Abstract
A teddy dog was hit by a fast-moving car while running freely,causing its right hind limb to curl up and unable to land,accompanied by painful groans.The owner immediately sent it to the hospital for treatment.After comprehensive diagnosis through clinical examination,laboratory tests,imaging studies and other methods,it was finally diagnosed with an iliac bone fracture.Subsequently,the affected dog was treated with surgical internal fixation and had a good prognosis.Its gait returned to normal,and a follow-up review one month later showed good recovery of the bone line.关键词
