痛愈舒对内异症大鼠模型在位内膜PDGFR表达的影响
Effect of Tongyushu on PDGFR Expression in the Endometrium of Ectopic Endometriosis Rat Model

Abstract
Objective:To observe the changes in PDGFR expression in the endometrium of the ectopic endometriosis rat model of cold-damp blood stasis type and explore the impact of Tongyushu on endometrial receptivity in the model.Methods:A total of 105 healthy female SPF-grade SD rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:control group,4-week model group,8-week model group,low-dose Tongyushu group,medium-dose and high-dose Tongyushu groups,and western medicine group,with 15 rats in each group.The model was established using ice-water bath combined with autologous endometrial transplantation.The rats were then treated with corresponding doses of Tongyushu decoction,danazol,or normal saline via gavage for 4 consecutive weeks.After treatment,the rats'endometrial tissues were collected to observe pathological changes.Western blot and RT-PCR were used to detect PDGFR and p-JAK2 protein and gene expression in each group.Results:Compared with the control group,the expression of PDGFR and p-JAK2 was significantly elevated in all other groups(P<0.05).Between the two model groups,the 8-week model group had higher levels of PDGFR and p-JAK2(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,all treatment groups showed a reduction in PDGFR and p-JAK2 expression(P<0.05).The high-dose Tongyushu group showed the lowest levels of PDGFR and p-JAK2 compared to other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongyushu can downregulate the expression of PDGFR in the endometrium of cold-damp blood stasis type endometriosis rats,which may be an important mechanism for improving endometrial receptivity.关键词
