国医大师南征从"瘀损散膏"论治消渴经验
National Medicine Master Nan Zheng's Clinical Experience in Treating Wasting-thirst from the Perspective of"Stasis,Damages and Sangao"

Abstract
Over many years,National Medicine Master Nan Zheng has devoted himself to clinical research on wasting-thirst.He believes the core pathogenesis of wasting-thirst is"stasis,damaging and Sangao,"and he proposes a treatment method involving"clearing heat,generating fluids,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,activating blood,and resolving blood stasis"as a unified approach.His self-formulated prescription,Taohong Xiaokean Decoction,is the main formula,with the selection of medicinal herbs focusing on blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicines that traverse the meridians and blood vessels.Among these herbs,those that benefit qi and nourish yin are used to address the root cause,while those that clear heat and generate fluids treat the symptoms.This approach treats both the root and the symptoms,with significant clinical efficacy.This article introduces Professor Nan Zheng's clinical approach to this disease from the perspectives of"stasis,damaging and sangao"as an academic concept,"one source with multiple branches"as a treatment method,and case studies,providing new directions for the future treatment of wasting-thirst in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
