摘要

Abstract

Collaborative innovation of the"five golden elements"in vocational education is a necessary approach to promote high-quality development of vocational education and contribute to the construction of a powerful education country.Under the background of new-quality productive forces,national macro policies guide the direction of collaborative innovation in the"five golden elements"of vocational education,the development of the times necessitates the cultivation of an environment conducive to collaborative innovation in these elements,and the upgrading of digital and intelligent technologies supports the ecosystem for collaborative innovation in the"five golden elements"of vocational education,jointly providing sustained momentum for their collaborative innovation and development.At present,in the process of adapting to new-quality productive forces,collaborative innovation of the"five golden elements"in vocational education faces dilemmas such as irrational resources allocation structure,severe information silos among relevant stakeholders,the need to enhance teachers'professional competencies,and an imperfect regulatory and evaluation mechanism.To improve the effectiveness of collaborative innovation in the"five golden elements"of vocational education,it is essential to optimize the resources allocation mechanism to ensure efficient integration and utilization of resources;build an information collaboration platform to deepen collaborative innovation among multiple stakeholders;cultivate digital literacy to enhance teachers'collaborative innovation competencies;and establish a scientific supervision and evaluation mechanism to stimulate the collaborative innovation vitality of all parties involved.
