数字化转型背景下县域中职教师数字素养现状与提升路径
Current Situation and Paths for Enhancing the Digital Literacy of County-level Secondary Vocational School Teachers in the Context of Digital Transformation

Abstract
Enhancing the digital literacy of county-level secondary vocational school teachers in the context of digital transformation in education is of great significance for improving the quality of talents cultivation and enabling balanced regional educational development.This study selected 795 county-level secondary vocational school teachers in Guangdong Province as samples to investigate and analyze the current situation and differences in teachers'digital literacy.The results indicate that the overall digital literacy of county-level secondary vocational school teachers is average,with significant differences existing among teachers of varying teaching experience,professional titles and teaching types.Based on this,improvements should be made by enhancing the awareness of digital literacy among county-level secondary vocational school teachers,improving the evaluation and assessment system of county-level secondary vocational schools,strengthening digital literacy training for county-level secondary vocational school teachers,and constructing a cross-domain symbiotic digital teaching and research community for secondary vocational school teachers.关键词
