Construction of High-quality Vocational Education Teacher Team:Situation,Difficulties and Directions

Abstract
The high-quality vocational education teacher team is the key cornerstone of the construction of modern vocational education system and the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents.Taking 1026 frontline teachers and school leaders from seven secondary and higher vocational schools in City Y as the research subjects,a survey was conducted by developing a questionnaire on the construction of the vocational education teaching faculty.It was found that the current construction of vocational colleges in terms of environmental creation,institutional management,professional growth and survival status still needs to be optimized.Specifically,graduates from ordinary normal colleges are struggling in vocational colleges;high title teachers'evaluation of the current situation of vocational colleges has declined instead of rising;teacher burnout becomes a difficult problem;unequal distribution of resources among teacher groups with different educational backgrounds;ordinary teachers have a higher sense of professional anxiety.To promote the construction of a high-quality vocational education teacher team,we should focus on"strengthening the foundation",improve the career incentive mechanism,and ensure the rights and benefits of teachers;focus on"reinforcing the base",establish a school-enterprise cooperation and co-education system,and promote teacher skill iteration;grasp the principle of"upholding integrity",create an equal,open and cooperative environment,and alleviate teachers'professional anxiety;focus on"innovation",and build a digital resource platform to empower teachers for sustainable development.关键词
