摘要

Abstract

The professional competence of VET teacher trainees is the foundation of individual teachers'professional development,the guarantee of vocational education teacher building,and the core of high-quality development of vocational education.Through the Latent Profile Analysis(LPA),VET teacher trainees are categorized into three types based on their level of professional competence:practical competence to be improved,overall competence to be improved and comprehensive professional competence.On the whole,VET teacher trainees are mainly of the practical ability to be improved type,with teacher ethics leading students'development and professional teaching ability to be improved;in terms of different classifications,there are obvious differences in the characteristics of students with different types of professional competence;in terms of influencing factors,the willingness to teach and professional identity affect students'professional competence level,and the role of educational internship is not emphasized.Accordingly,it is necessary to strengthen students'teacher role cognition and enhance their teacher ethics;improve students'professional teaching ability and cultivate students'self-development ability by demonstration and reflection;and improve the status of teachers in vocational schools and boost students'willingness to teach with a stable guarantee system.
