Abstract
In the context of high-quality and full employment,it is gradually emerging as a novel approach for university graduates to enhance their vocational skills and explore new career development paths by enrolling in vocational schools in a"reverse"manner.From the perspective of Career Construction Theory,this phenomenon is systematically analyzed from four aspects:adaptive motivation,career adaptability,adaptive actions and adaptation outcomes.The study finds that university graduates reconstruct their own career development paths by receiving vocational skills education to cope with changes in the labor market,representing an adaptive choice based on actual circumstances.Through an analysis of the phenomenon of university graduates enrolling in vocational schools in a"reverse"manner,promoting high-quality and full employment for university students should focus on individual careers plans and emphasize capacity enhancement;facilitate the integration of vocational and general education and strengthen career education;and reinforce policy support to optimize the labor market.关键词
