益气调神针法治疗癌症相关性疲乏的探析
Analysis on the Treatment of Cancer-Related Fatigue by Yiqi Tiaoshen Acupuncture
摘要
Abstract
Cancer related fatigue is a common concomitant symptom of cancer patients,mainly manifested as general weakness,at-tention deficit,low mood and other symptoms,symptoms can not be relieved by rest.Symptoms can last for months or years in can-cer patients and can have a serious negative impact on daily life and mood.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,cancer related fatigue is based on deficiency,mainly due to the easy damage of the Zang-fu qi after radiotherapy and chemotherapy of cancer,resulting in decreased function of the five viscera and six organs,and the accumulation of fatigue.The clinical differentia-tion of Qi-deficiency is the main symptom,and the lesions involve the five viscera,especially the spleen(stomach)kidney.Selecting Zusanli(ST36),Qihai(RN6),Guanyuan(RN4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Neiguan(PC6),Shenmen(HT7)and Baihui(DU20)as the main points of Yiqi Tiaoshen acupuncture,it can benefit qi,strengthen spleen and regulate spirit,thus relieving the physical and mental fa-tigue symptoms of cancer patients.Among them,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Neiguan and Shenmen four points adopt twisting and supple-menting method;small amplitude interpolation method is used in Qihai and Guanyuan points;Baihui point adopts the method of flat replenishment and flat drainage.This paper will elaborate the origin,theoretical basis and practical application of Yiqi Tiaoshen acu-puncture,discuss whether this acupuncture can effectively treat cancer-related fatigue,and analyze its feasibility.关键词
