针刺联合患肌运动疗法应用于周围性面瘫治疗中的效果及对面部神经功能的影响
The Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Myomotor Therapy in Treatment of Peripheral Facial Paralysis and Its Influence on Facial Nerve Function

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture and myomotor therapy on facial nerve function in patients with periph-eral facial paralysis.Methods:100 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis were admitted to the rehabilitation department of our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,50 cases in the control group were given acupuncture treatment,50 cases in the observation group were given myomotor therapy on the basis of acupuncture treatment,the symptom relief,total effective rate,facial hemodynamics and facial nerve function were com-pared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the H-B facial nerve function grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The peak systolic velocity(Vs)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the resistance index(RI)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The facial disability index(FDI)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis,acupuncture combined with myomotor therapy can promote the ef-fective relief of facial symptoms,significantly improve facial hemodynamics and facial nerve function,and further improve the cura-tive effect.关键词
