近十年推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的研究进展
Research Progress of Tuina Therapy for Acute Lumbar Disc Herniation in the Past Decade
摘要
Abstract
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical disease,which not only affects the quality of life of patients,but also increases the burden of social medical resources.Low back pain is the leading cause of global productivity loss,especially among women aged 40 to 60 years old.The evidence-based guidelines for lumbar disc herniation divide the disease into three periods.Among them,the acute phase is mainly characterized by severe lumbar pain and significant limitation of activity.Massage therapy is one of the conservative treatments in the acute phase.It is widely used in clinical practice.It has the effects of promoting qi and blood circulation,improving local circulation,relieving muscle spasm,and significantly reducing low back pain symptoms in acute lumbar disc herniation.The clinical purpose of treating acute lumbar disc herniation is achieved by regulating inflammatory media-tors,relaxing muscle fibers,improving local blood circulation,and relieving nerve root compression.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the therapeutic effect and related mechanism of massage in the acute stage of lumbar disc herniation in the past decade,in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the acute stage of the disease.关键词
