Abstract
Satellite precipitation products are crucial tools for obtaining precipitation information and have been widely applied in climate and hydrology fields.However,studies evaluating the accuracy of these products in simulating precipitation in the Yellow River Basin are still insufficient.This paper used six evaluation metrics to assess the accuracy of the integrated multi-satellite retrievals for global precipitation measurement(GPM),namely IMERG and the global satellite mapping of precipitation(GSMaP)at daily and monthly scales in the Yellow River Basin.The results indicate that both IMERG and GSMaP products exhibit a certain degree of overestimation in the Yellow River Basin.The performance of satellite precipitation products is better on a monthly scale compared to a daily scale.The IMERG_Final and GSMaP_Gauge products show superior performance.关键词
