Flood prevention from the practical and detailed perspective,and fulfilling duties to ensure safety

Abstract
In recent years,the northern regions have experienced continuous above-average rainfall,and the flood situation in Beijing has been severe year after year,with a relatively high probability of extreme torrential flood disasters occurring during the flood season.On the basis of continuously consolidating the city's flood control and drainage engineering system and constantly strengthening the construction of non-engineering flood control measures,and in accordance with the overall goals and relevant work requirements for flood control and drainage in the city,this paper puts forward relevant defense methods from four aspects:flood prevention preparation,flood situation response,strengthening of guarantees,and key defense against mountain floods and urban flooding,to provide support for the city's flood control and drainage safety.关键词
