Abstract

This study focuses on the upper reaches of Miyun Reservoir,utilizing land use data,rainfall data,and other relevant datasets to quantify the value of ecosystem services through the market value method and cost replacement method.A novel ecological compensation fund allocation approach was proposed based on both the supply level and risk level of ecosystem services.The results indicate that from 1990 to 2020,the total ecosystem service value(ESV)in the upper reaches of Miyun Reservoir remained relatively stable,with only a 2.66%change,primarily due to the large-scale conversion of cropland to forestland.Among the studied regions,Luanping County and Xinglong County exhibited both high ecosystem service supply and high risk levels.Meanwhile,Chicheng County and Fengning Manchu Autonomous County were identified as priority compensation areas,with the highest allocation weights of 33.73%and 34.23%,respectively,accounting for 67.96%of the total compensation weight.This research facilitates the precise identification of priority areas for ecological compensation and the determination of fund allocation weights,providing a scientific basis for implementing refined ecological compensation policies in the Miyun Reservoir watershed.
