Abstract

This study investigated the spatiotemporal variation characteristics of water yield in Fengtai District from 2000 to 2020,which revealed the influencing factors of spatiotemporal differentiation in water yield and provided a scientific basis for water resource allocation and sustainable ecosystem development in Fengtai District.The InVEST model was used to analyze the spatiotemporal changes in water yield,and the geodetector model was employed to explore the characteristics of these changes and the influencing factors of spatial differentiation.The results showed that the land use types in Fengtai District primarily exhibited a pattern of"two increases and three decreases"from 2000 to 2020.Only these areas from urban-rural industrial,mining,and residential land and forest land showed increasing trends,however,all the other land types experienced downward trends.Overall,the western part of Fengtai District had higher water yield depth,while the eastern part had lower water yield depth.The Majiafen sub-watershed had the highest water yield.Land use type was the primary driving factor for spatial differentiation in water yield.The interactive effects of land use type with precipitation and potential evapotranspiration significantly influenced the spatial distribution of water yield changes.
