Abstract
The theory of developing new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions,as an important part of Xi Jinping's economic thought,vividly interprets the worldview and methodological essence of the "Six Musts". "Must Upholding the Principle of Putting the People First" is the theoretical foundation of developing new-quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions,which aims to meet people' s needs for a better life and leads hundreds of millions of people to create new-quality productive forces in their own time and space;" Must Maintaining Self-Confidence and Self-Reliance" constitutes the fundamental direction for developing new-quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions,and the "Four-Sphere Confidence" serves as the ideological guarantee and "Self-Reliance and Strength in Science and Technology" as the driving force of the practice;"Must Upholding Integrity and Innovation"is the basic strategy for developing new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions,which means that the approach should be theoretically anchored in policy frameworks aligned with regionally distinctive development principles,while adopting innovation-driven feature enhancement as its implementation pathway;"Must Following a Problem-Oriented Approach"is the practical basis for developing new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions,which focuses on and resolves regional practical contradictions as the starting point and transforms local development dilemmas as the goal;"Must Adhering to a Systematic Perspective" is the basic principle for developing new quality productive forces in line with local conditions,which requires to make plans for a specific region with an overall perspective and promotes common progress by taking the lead;"Must Having Global Vision" is the value pursuit of developing new quality productive forces in accordance withlocal conditions,which requires to take "joint consultation,governance and construction" as the goal and presents the value of "consensus,sharing and win-win results".关键词
