Abstract
Chinese modernizationis the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature,and a beautiful village is the symbol of Chinese modernization and the embodiment of beautiful China.With the deepening implementation of the western region's large-scale development strategy in the new era,the comprehensive promotion of beautiful rural construction in western ethnic areas has become the main content for building the modernization of harmony between humanity and nature.TheTwo-Mountaintheory has distinct ecological and economic value,and it is an important guideline and action plan for promoting the beautiful village construction in western ethnic areas.The theory guides variousregions to conduct much practical exploration and lays a solid foundation for comprehensively promoting the beautiful rural construction,such as eco-environment protection and restoration,and the continuous growth of per capita disposable income of rural residents.However,currently a new pattern is to be formed in the western region's large-scale development,and therefore there are many challenge in the comprehensive promotion of beautiful village constructionin western ethnic areas,including the inadequate capability to build beautiful rural villages caused by aweak subjective ecological consciousness,the constraints of fragile eco-environment on the development and utilization of rural ecological resources,and the limitations of insufficient new quality productivity on the green and low-carbon development of rural areas.Therefore,it is urgent to put the theory into practice comprehensively according to local conditions,accelerate the improvement governance system of the rural eco-environment,form a collaborative effort of multiple subjects,achievecoordinated development of rural ecological economy and so on.Furthermore,a beautiful and harmonious countryside will be built that is desirable to live and work in,which will fully demonstrate a new face of the beautiful western areas.关键词
